I like the Darth Vader chest panel and Sarge's lightsaber, though I think the gauntlet armour is a bit too small in comparison with the rest of the armour plating. That's the only technical issue I can spot. Great job.
And I'm afraid to wonder where Grif keeps the Oreos.
