This is a picture of Cortana done in the Bruce Timm style seen in the Batman and Superman animated series from the 90s. Those are just about my favorite cartoons ever so I thought I'd swipe his style. It was a no brainer after making the Chief and Arbiter in the same style for AHCS number 112. Cortana was bound to follow.
